Return Policy

We want you to love your Brivanna Scrubs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements
Items must be:
    •    Unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    In original condition
    •    With tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes sizing may not be perfect.

Brivanna Scrubs allows size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Requirements
    •    Item must be unworn
    •    Item must be unwashed
    •    Tags must still be attached
    •    Item must be returned in original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the product is defective.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Refunds will only be issued for:
    •    Defective items
    •    Incorrect items shipped
    •    Approved returns within the policy window

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
